Currently, the 97.9 The Breeze Player Requires Flash
Due to recent updates to the Chrome and Firefox browsers, you may need to activate Adobe Flash in order to listen.
Chrome - Click the (!) button at the top-left of the window, just to the left of the address bar. Locate "Flash" in the menu that pops up. Using the pull down menu next to Flash, select "Always Allow on This Site". The player should begin working after that.
Firefox - Click the button that looks like a lego brick at the top-left of the window, just to the left of the address bar. Click "Allow Now" or "Allow and Remember" to activate Adobe Flash. The player should begin working after that.
The signal cuts out and/or buffers a lot. What can I do?
There are a lot of reasons why the stream may cut out, drop or buffer, but the most common reason is low bandwidth. If you are using a lot of internet resources, such as software that uploads or downloads a lot of data, try closing that software. If you are having trouble listening in an office environment, your internet speed may be slow because everyone in your office is sharing the same internet, and that can greatly reduce internet speed.
The stream will not connect. What should I do?
If this happens, we are likely having trouble with our stream, or it is temporarily off-line for maintenance. Try again after a few minutes. If the stream still does not connect, please contact us below so that we are aware of the problem.
The player window opens, but for some reason the player doesn't load. What's wrong?
If this happens, you may need to install the latest version of Flash. Flash can be downloaded free from Adobe at www.adobe.com/software/flash/about.
I can't save any favorites. What's wrong?
The player window requires cookies to work properly. If you are unable to save any favorites, make sure your browser has cookies enabled.
